NBM Food Drive to Benefit the Burlington Food Pantry

NBM is excited to be joining forces with the Burlington Food Pantry this year!

The Burlington Food Pantry is a non-profit, predominantly volunteer-run program run by People Helping People.  They serve families and residents of Burlington, Massachusetts who meet certain financial qualifications.  The pantry is set up to provide a “grocery store experience” to those in need.  They serve between 120-130 families per month.  Most of their food is sourced from donations from residents, businesses, and local grocery stores.

All donations of non-perishable food items are appreciated.  The following items are of an urgent need:

  • $10 grocery store gift cards
  • Coffee, tea, & cocoa
  • Juice (must be 100% juice)
  • Peanut butter & jelly
  • Canned spinach
  • Canned potatoes
  • Canned beets
  • Vegetable oil
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Healthy snacks
  • Canned tomatoes
  • Ready-to-eat soups
  • Broth
  • Canned fruit
  • (2) lb. boxes of sugar
  • Toothpaste
  • Tissues
  • Individually wrapped bars of soap
  • Shampoo

All items can be dropped off at any of our four locations:

  • 24 Terry Ave., Burlington, MA
  • 88 Black Falcon Ave., Suite 238, Boston, MA
  • 118 Long Pond Rd., Plymouth, MA
  • 301 Riverway Place, Unit 30, Bedford, NH

NBM will also be serving as a Toys for Tots donation center again this year.  We will be accepting new, unwrapped toys for children in Middlesex county.  Toys can be dropped off to any of our four locations.  As our toy drive approaches, we will be sharing more details about how you can help this great organization.

Thank you to all of our wonderful customers for helping us help the community!
